About me 


Hi, I am Peng, a customer-centric communicator based in Washington, DC who is dedicated to creating meaningful connections between brands and their audiences through thoughtful design.

My background in finance has equipped me with excellent client-facing skills and a collaborative mindset that I apply to every project. By combining my marketing and public relations experience with my design expertise, I am able to bring a unique perspective to the table, helping brands communicate their values and engage their customers effectively.

I believe that design is a powerful tool for communication and that great design can bridge the gap between brands and their audiences. Whether it's crafting a compelling message or designing an intuitive user experience, my focus is always on creating value for the customer.

The past year has been a time of growth and discovery for me, as I've explored different industries and honed my skills in communication and design. Currently, I'm pursuing an M.A. in Communication, Culture, and Technology at Georgetown University, where I'm deepening my knowledge of research methodologies and exploring new ways to create customer-centric experiences.

As a customer-centric communicator, I'm passionate about helping brands connect with their audiences in meaningful ways, and I'm excited to bring my skills and expertise to a new role as communicator and researcher.
